Apple failed to do justice with the 8-hours talktime claims on their iPhone, but an electric car manufacturer has finally come to help you out with the iZap battery pack.
This battery pack was originally designed to increase the battery life of the video-capable iPod. However, this battery can also be used with the iPhone. The 2100mAh battery pack works as a charm on the iPhone, potentially tripling its talktime.
The company claims that if an iPod runs out of fuel, you will just lose your music and video, but this won’t hamper your business. However an iPhone running out of battery will surely do some damage to your business too. They also claim that the battery and the iPhone are as compatible as they were made for each other. Users won’t even need to buy additional connectors as the iZap cradle can recharge your phone right on your belt.
The battery has a lifespan of 1,000 charges and holds four times the charge of conventional batteries. No news yet on the price of the battery. Stay tuned for more info.
