The operator will get a digitally signed authentication from UIDAI (Unique Identification Authority of India). After this, operator can provide the customer with a new number. Nearly 30 million connections are sold every month and Aadhar identification would save Rs. 1,000 crore annually. This authentication system has high success rate of 99 percent.
