The latest rumor around the corner reveals that Sony Ericsson is interested in launching a PSP phone and the patent filed by the company supports this rumor.
The prototype of this patent shows a phone with a swiveling screen that can spin around to generate PSP like looks. The patent also illustrates a notification boxes that allow users to pause a game to pick up a phone call.
The phone is projected to appear quite compact but via picture it is difficult to tell the exact size. It is noteworthy that the patent does not show any numberpad, so therefore, we can assume that this new device will come with a touchscreen feature.
The patent also shows a group of special numeric keys arranged in a very clumsy style, therefore, it is difficult to say what final shape, size and body the phone will get but we will definitely keep you posted.
