Samsung Nexus Prime is actually a Google device which brags to be the first phone to run Android 4.0. Some are saying that it is going to be the next iPhone. The new Nokia Lumia 800 is very much like the Nokia 9 with a couple of differences. It is actually the first partnership between Nokia and Microsoft. The Nokia Lumia 800 is powered by 1.4 GHz processor with the adreno 205 gpu which is a snapdragon chip set. It has a 512 MB of RAM. A couple of Nokia’s specific applications have been added like the Nokia Drive. This device from Nokia features an 7.5 Mango operating system from Microsoft. The phone has WiFi 802.11 n, Bluetooth, GPS and geo tagging of photos. It also comes with bing maps and Nokia maps.

Reports till this date have confirmed that the Samsung Nexus Prime will sell in the market for $299. Nokia Lumia 800 is selling in the market at $562. With that range, it is not going to be easy for everyone to own this new device from Nokia.

4. Camera

The Samsung Nexus Prime is going to brand a super advanced 5 MP camera on the back and 1.3 MP camera on the front with a full 1080 HD video capture support. The Nokia Lumia 800 features an 8 MP camera which can shoot video at 720p with 30 frames per second. The photos taken by this phone have been absolutely phenomenal and eye catching. It has a powerful LED flash with auto focusing On that front, it is pretty hard, if not impossible to beat this Windows phone from Nokia.

5. Target audience

Samsung which is considered to be the biggest competitor to Apple when it comes to smartphones has left no stone unturned to promote its brand new product, the Nexus Prime. As the trend demands, they have created an official page on Facebook and with Android on its side, it has all the tools to reach out to its audience. This phone is not very expensive compared to the other competitors in its range. On the other hand, the Nokia Lumia 800 with such a huge price is only aimed at the upper class customers. Although it is a Windows powered phone and the price factor was expected, it has not been able to reach out to its audience.

The frenzy about the new Samsung Nexus Prime is proliferating like anything. Everyone wants to know about this phone. The new Ice Cream from Android is on everyone’s mind. While the Nokia Lumia 800 is also a wonderful smartphone but people were expecting it to be somewhat different from its predecessor, Nokia N9 but unfortunately it has not undergone much changes. It seems that Nokia has come out with a trite, banal phone. Keeping all the things in consideration, not to forget about the price factor, Samsung Nexus Prime has its nose ahead of the Nokia Lumia 800.
