Samsung and AT&T have officially announced the accomplishment of the “Access”, Samsung’s first mobile with full support for AT&T Mobile TV. It is a candybar style phone which appears to be in black with more progressed features. It also features dual-band 3G connectivity and quad-band GSM technology that allows its customers to call in more than 200 countries and download data in more than 145 countries.
