After Ameo got the T-Mobile exclusive launch it is rumored that the HTC or High Tech computer will launch another UMPC device in the Q2 of this year.
The device is said to be Windows Mobile 5.0 based with a 7-inch display and will further blur the distinction between the UMPC and phone. The device is rumored to be codenamed ‘Mobile Office Device’.
Meanwhile the 5-inch UMPCish phone Athena will be marketed as Dopod U1000 in Taiwan and as HTC X7500 in the other European countries.
