RIM is continuously trying to strengthen their hold on Indian market. Today the company inaugurated its first Premium Blackberry store in New Delhi, as a part of a new retail concept. This store would have all the Blackberry devices that are available in India right now.
Located in Connaught Place, this store would provide an ultimate customer experience. It would also feature both consumer and enterprise services. The demo zone of the store would flaunt the prowess of Blackberry phones.
The store consists of a proficient team which would provide customers with their views and guidance. This would all add to the customer service. RIM would be opening several of these premium stores in various metropolitan cities. Often Blackberry devices are tagged as No value for money. RIM is trying to earn followers by providing a good customer service. These stores would certainly help them get some sales. But is this enough to counter other big names in cellphones, who are already well established in the market?
