The Moto RAZR V3xx is coming soon to US as it has got the FCC certification required. The phone will be marketed by Cingular.
The phone runs on dual band of 850/1900 MHz and has a measly 1.3 megapixel camera with 1280 x 1024 pixel strength. It has TFT, 256K color display.
Apart from this the phone has microSD card slot, Bluetooth and USB slot. It also has HSDPA with data transfer speeds of up to 3.6 Mbps.
It will support Polyphonic and MP3 tones and has 50 MB of internal memory.
The phone displays the Cingular logo and has dimensions of 103 x 53 x 15 mm with 107 g of weight.
There is no info on the price but after getting the FCC approval I think it will be launched soon.
