A Chinese electronics maker HTW has announced a cell phone that can be charged by the sun.
The cell phone is named S116 Solar Mobile and looks pretty good at the first glance.
But if we think deeply then you will also come to a conclusion that the device is good only if kept in the sun as a 45 minute charging in the sun delivers 20-25 minutes of talk time.
But who will keep his cell phone all day long and I am sure no one will wear transparent clothes so that your cell receives some sunlight even when it is in your pocket.
The S226 includes a 1.3MP camera, external memory card slot and a QVGA display. Pricing was unavailable, but the device will be launched in China next month.
