Both the phones have similar features. When compared, they both offer similar specs and similar user experience. Therefore, it is the price that can determine which one of these offers value for money. HTC Rezound is priced for $300 for a two year contract from Verizon. On the other hand, Samsung Galaxy S II Skyrocket is priced for $250 for a two year contract from AT & T. So, Samsung Galaxy S II Skyrocket is a better bet if you want a good phone at considerably less price. But, if you don’t mind shedding a few more bucks then HTC Rezound can also be a good buy.
