The phone is expected to receive an update soon; Dell is working on it currently. The screen has Swype which gives it a bit of HTC Sense like looks. The phone supports Flash 10.1 perfectly. The UI works great but we need a better Android version
Dell Thunder has a 4.1 inch OLED screen and an 8 megapixel camera with auto-focus. Dell deeply focused on social networking while designing this phone. The phone works with online flash content too (Flash 10). UI on the phone is customized by Dell to provide products and services and it looks great. You can even use Hulu in the phone. Hulu and swipe unlock screen are good additions to this phone. This great smartphone has connectivity options like Wi-Fi, GPRS and GPS.
The front has a 4.1 inch AMOLED screen which has capacitive sensors to detect touch. This ensures good screen sensitivity. The back panel has the 8 megapixel camera with auto-focus and LED flash. The design is pretty simple with basic candy bar form. It also has an internal antenna for FM radio. The on screen keyboard is good and lets you type quickly with minimum errors.
The phone is a good Android smartphone, but the version is pretty outdated for today. But all round this is a good android phone. Battery backup is another setback with this device. There are so many better smartphones available now. You should check out Samsung Galaxy series if you are looking for a high end Android Smartphone.
