Casio unveiled G’zOne (Pronounced Jeez wun) Type-S phone at CES 2008 and now it is available in three different colors. Casio G’zOne is a rugged mobile phone that is shockproof and dust and water-resistant.
Casio G’zOne Type-S will be available in matte black, burgundy and original classic navy. They’ve been tested for being shock, scratch, humidity, dust, vibration, salt frog and solar radiation resistant. G’zOne’s another specialty is that it is water resistant to a depth of one meter for as long as 30 minutes. If it’s being totally rugged is not attractive enough for you then GPS, Speakerphone, built-in camera, handy lantern and push-to-talk must do the trick.
As for accolades, G’zOne Type-V was awarded ‘2007 CES Innovations Design and Engineering Showcase Award’. And just like its predecessor G’zOne Type-S has been awarded the distinguished ‘E-Gear Editor’s Choice Award’ too.
This superbly strong and amazingly easy to use mobile is available in matte black color, only at Verizon’s online store. Whereas, burgundy colored G’zOne is available at Circuit City.
