I live in Baltimore, Maryland and am quiet crazy about free stuff whether it is just a sample or anything else. I just love it till the time it’s free. Now am looking to get something big as i got to hear about schemes to get cell phones for free. I don’t really mind having a basic cell phone without features till the time its free. Is it really possible to get cell phones for free. Anyone would like to share his/her view on the same.
