Am a college student from Boston, Massachusetts looking to buy a cell phone with really cool features including android operating system, nice looks, touch interface, high resolution camera and some nice application. I want to really get all these features but don’t really have that budget to suit these needs so I was looking to buy cheap cell phone with all such features that fits within a $100 budget
