We have already been informed that Apple could not keep up with the ever-rising demand for its latest iPhone 3G and there is shortage of the device in the 23 countries where it has been launched. There is news from sources that confirm that Foxconn, the contract manufacturer of iPhone 3G, has escalated their speed of production, churning 800,000 devices every week. With Apple launching the iPhone 3G in 20 more countries on August 22, and with projected sale of the iPhone 3G touching 40 million units, people in Apple are having a tough time. We only hope that they do not make any mistakes as has been found earlier when they left blurred images of the iPhone factory on iPhone camera rolls.
