I am literally very confused as if I have not received my version rebate card till now. I sent my rebate on Nov 16; and the website still says we have not yet acknowledged the mail-in portion of your rebate; please allow 21 days from the mail-date for the rebate to be entered into our system. I am really very confused because the same thing was done by my friend and everything reached on time. My father is also angry with me because he is thinking I am lying. So if anyone can help me, please help. Any help will be appreciated.
