I bought myself a new xbox console. With that I get the headset and chat pad about a month ago , but I have not used them till now. But when I plugged them both in, turned the volume on and the mic on. I tried typing with the chat pad. Nothing was on a live multiplayer game, no one heard me, and I couldn’t hear anything through the headset. Now I want to ask what I should do to solve this problem. Your advice needed please help me out.
