I received a notification from App World for an update to Windows Live MSN Messenger, and so installed the update. However, it now doesn’t work. App World says installation was completed successfully, but when I click on the icon my device freezes. I have uninstalled and reinstalled it several times and always had the same issue. I am very experienced in installing apps and upgrading software. I am currently running OS 5.0.0.862 on Vodafone, Bold 9700. Why is my Windows live MSN messenger update not working? What can I do about it? Thanks.
