I have a Verizon LG Envy phone. The phone is just fine with some incredible features. But recently I there is one problem occurring in my phone. My phone, for no reason, just shuts off randomly. It is quite annoying as it has happened many times while I am on some important call. What could be the reason that my Verizon LG Envy shuts off on its own? What can I do to fix this issue? I have got my battery checked and it is absolutely fine. Please help. Thanks.
