This may not be exciting for you people at all, given the fact that there are already few unofficial applications of Wikipedia available at the app store but, the Wikimedia Foundation is definitely excited. We would say this took a long time coming and though Wikipedia have now written their own iPhone app, other applications such as Wapedia or Wikiamo are far more superior. The only impressive thing you get with this very official app is the browsing history. You can download this application for free, signifying yet again that Wikipedia is a non profit organization and that is why we love it.
