My friend purchased a contract from Verizon to use their wireless mobile broadband service which allows her 250 MB per month. She has only had it for 2 weeks and has not used it very much for web surfing. She visited a few facebook pages and viewed pictures but continued to check her usage online. After viewing the pictures on FB, she checked her usage and it was at 178 MB. Then next thing she knows, she got a bill for 3000 MB. How is this possible? Is there any way she could have really gone this high? How can she estimate how many MB’s she’s using, by hours online, websites visited, etc? What can one do to know about their Verizon wireless mobile broadband usage? Please help. Thanks.
