Verizon-LG VX8610: Ugly but functional

The LG VX8610 aka Decoy is all set to hit Verizon in June, this is one phone that looks downright ugly. We say this because we’ve been treated to some gorgeous phones by LG like the Prada and Chocolate series. These previous offerings from LG make the Decoy look like a design mistake from LG’s end. This phone sits in a slider form and has four ungainly keys on it’s front panel. Though ugly, this phone manages to neatly integrate a little Bluetooth headset into it’s rear. Now, that should make things clear on why the VX8610 is called the Decoy. The Bluetooth headset has a mini charging port on it’s bottom. This is one very handy addition that would mean the end of charging Bluetooth headsets separately. We like that bit LG! Having said that, we need to stick around till LG or Verizon release the full specs to find out more about the features the LG Decoy manages to pack in.
