I am planning to buy a new phone and if I will buy a new phone than I must get a new plan that cost more than the plan I have now. Could I get an unlocked phone and use it with Cingular on the same plan? Would the unlocked phone have a good signal with Cingular? And also What is an unlocked cell phone and why have one?
