When the carbon fiber usage can make those scorching sports cars uber light and stylish, why leave the mobile phones untouched. May be this is what drove Vertu into designing a range of cellphones that adore carbon Fibre as a primary constituent on the exteriors with resins also being used as well. Dubbed the Ascent Ti Carbon Fibre, these phones are handcrafted in England and will be available upon request. Available this August, The luxury phone collection will come with a fairly ordinary spec sheet. It will offer a 2 inch QVGA display and a 3.15MP camera with an LED Flash. It will have 4GB of internal memory which is another disappointment for me. Thank God the designers over Vertu realized the importance of 3G connectivity.
