It is a habit LG has seemingly caught from Nokia! The Chocolate did come with a lot of redolence but nothing to savor initially, but we are now getting too much of the taste. The FCC approval list reflects a 3G version to have cleared the standards although LG continues denying a US launch for the LG BL40 Chocolate. It could be a case where Verizon has motivated LG to stay tight-lipped for a 3G version approval otherwise makes no real sense. The variant that has cleared the approval is the BL40G and it comes with HSPA enabled on 850 and 1900MHz bands. If not Verizon, then Canadian Telus makes sense and nothing more.
