The latest i-mate, Ultimate 8150, boasts of numerous adaptabilities which the other PDAs fail to offer. The Ultimate 8150 is driven through the Intel Bulverde 520MHz CPU, bestows 256MB ROM and 128 MB RAM for that added effectiveness. It shows a good compatibility with HSDPA and EDGE network and incorporates a 2 Megapixel camera, a 2.6-inch LCD touchscreen, a microSD card slot.
The i-mate Ultimate 8150 also features the WiFi 802.11b/g/e/i and Bluetooth connectivity. It measures 94mm x 50mm x 11mm. The rumor has it that it may be put on shelves some where around mid 2007.
