After the Mac concept phone, Transparent concept phone, and the Time-telling vibration phone, Mac Funamizu is here to impress us with his Handgrip iPhone charger that combines an iPhone charger and a golf club. This charger concept charges with every swing of your golf club. More the swings, more the electricity you generate to charge your iPhone. The charger makes use of the kinetic energy the user generates, mimicking the swing of a club. Moreover, the built-in motion sensor sends your data to your iPhone, so that you can see your own golf swing on the screen.
Personally, I won’t like swinging the device in the air in full public view outside the golf club. But still, the Handgrip iPhone charger is one neat innovation.
About the Designer: Mac Funamizu (Mac is the nickname) is a web/graphic designer working in Tokyo, Japan. The man is designing for fun only, so he is least bothered of the mundane stuff that tech geeks would point out.
