For all you women out there, who just love your soap, Siemens has come out with a phone that will keep reminding you of your soap every time you look at it, and even when you hold it. This unnamed phone, which for the moment remains a concept phone, is the handiwork of Brazilian designer, Mariano Fajgelbaum. The very slippery looking phone has quite an unusual, in design parlance, abstract shape, with the phone getting progressively thinner from the earpiece to the mouthpiece, tapering and curving towards the mouthpiece. Calling it radical would be a little off place, feminine or girly would do just fine. And to make the slippery looking phone not-so-slippery to hold, Mariano has added a pronounced ridge all around the phone. The oval keypad, too is in sync with the phone’s rounded design. The color of course is a subdued pink on white, but I don’t see the classy ladies out there really complaining. Other features aren’t known at this moment but the phone appears to have a color display. Overall, one very slippery, soapy, girly pink phone which will certainly find many takers among the soap-loving women, pun very much intended.
