I have a fios internet connection with verizon. We were having some difficulties with the internet. So I tried the customer support. After trying so many times I still end up in the DSL department and the call never gets transferred. But I got through once and the call got dropped somehow. They did not contact me after that. Is there a number for verizon fios support? SO that I can reach them directly.
