I have the Samsung Instinct HD. I had it for 6 days and then it shut off after hanging up from a phone call and wouldn’t turn back on at all. Then later last night, it would power up and try to boot, but not all the way, just starts to load over and over and over without powering up all the way. I have taken the battery out several times hoping it would reset, but to no avail. Why is my Samsung Instinct HD not working? What can I do to fix it? Even the tech support cannot help me and they can’t even change it because they are out of stock. Please help. Thanks.
