I am staying in California and willing to know about the cell phone laws. I have read some articles on the matter, but I want to listen from your mouth guys. I want to know the pro’s and con’s of the rule. Would it stop me to talk while driving the car or bike? If it is right, we may get some problem when an emergency call comes to our mobile phone. I think there must be some ways out, if yes; please share with me. It would be very helpful to follow the rules in public area.
