I got a new laptop and in counter-strike 1.6 I’m getting flaggy game play where it severely tears, breaks and slows down but no fps drop. I turned off V-sync, running 100 Hz, tweaked my settings in the Catalyst Control panel, my rates are set and I have a good computer. My ATI card drivers are the latest (10.8). This only occurs in CS 1.6, not in CSS, Call of Duty or any other game. Is there any problem with my ATI Mobility Radeon-HD 5730 1GB video card? Any solutions? Please help. Thanks.
