I want to buy a cell phone but as I don’t have finance I want to buy a old cell phone… I have searched a lot in nearby market but I did not find any place where I can get cell phones for sale….. I want to know that from can i get cell phone on sale price and what all should I check before buying them… also tell me that do they give a bill with the cell phone? I want to buy a nokia hand set so what is the prize range from which it starts?
