China Mobile has more subscribers than the population of a few countries together and therefore Nokia’s growing affinity with the biggest carrier in the world is no surprise. Nokia has now come up with the TD-SCDMA 6788 which is specifically designed for China Mobile. The 6788 is an optimized phone for China Mobile subscribers which are lured in with Chinese furniture and architecture inspired patterns. China Mobile will make this phone public somewhere in December and it will feature a 2.8-inch QVGA display. On the rear will be a 5MP camera with a dual LED Flash. Categorically, the 6788 is a smartphone as it runs the Symbian S60 OS.
