Recently a Motorola employee uploaded some pictures on Picasa revealing the specs for the next Moto RAZR phone. This new phone was earlier rumored as DROID Fighter is actually called DROID RAZR HD. This device was popular by the codename, Vanquish. This new phone is supposed to have high end camera capabilities.
This phone would have an iPhone 4S like camera with an f2.4 aperture. DROID RAZR HD would have a 13 MP sensor or above. This device would run on Android v4.0.3 Ice cream sandwich. A similar phone was found in Chinese market in March.
There are so many things that are pointing out to a same conclusion about the name. HD probably refers to the screen this phone is going to carry. DROID RAZR HD would be a comeback of the beautiful RAZR series. Motorola had also announced RAZR Max, a high end device to be released this May in US. RAZR could be considered as the most successful phone range from Motorola and this could get them a lot more sales than now.
