I don’t know what went wrong but whenever I lock the screen to my mytouch 4g the phone powers off. So I thought I would do a factory reset and that don’t work either. Do you have any idea that what’s wrong and how can I fix it? I have tried it from the settings menu and I have done a hard reset. But no success … helps!
