How can I mark more than one video at a time to transfer them from my blackberry 9500 phone to other phone?

I want to transfer nearly 5 videos from my blackberry 9500 phone to my friend’s phone via Bluetooth. But the problem is I don’t know how can I mark all these 5 videos at a time to transfer them in my friend’s phone? Please help me.
