LG will launch 12 new smartphones in India this year

Korean Mobile phone manufacturer LG has declared that they would launch 12 smartphones this year, in India. LG has been losing their grip on the market lately, so this will help them gain. According to head of marketing, Mobile Communications, LG Mobile, Sanjay Maheshwary, the smartphones would range from Rs 7,000 to Rs 35,000 to serve low budget to high end market segment. He also stated that they might start out with LG Optimus 4X HD. Optimus 4X HD has an 8.1 megapixel primary (with LED Flash)and 1.3 megapixel secondary camera. The phone boasts 16 GB on board memory and 1 GB RAM.

LG Optimus VU

Other LG smartphone launches would include affordable L series smartphones. L series has three models namely Optimus L3, L5 and L7. The L series display would range from 3.2 to 4.3 inches.

LG Optimus VU has a giant 5 inch screen to counter the famous Samsung Galaxy Note. The phone uses 3:4 aspect ratio while 16:9 is mostly seen in smartphones. This display supports a maximum resolution of 1024 x 768 pixels. In the upper section other releases would include LG Optimus 3D Max and LG Optimus VU. It has an 8 megapixel primary and 1.3 megapixel secondary camera. In the engine the phone has 1.5 Ghz processor (dual core) and a better graphic processor too. It has a giant 2080 mAh battery and 32 GB memory.

LG Optimus 3D Max is an upgraded version of Optimus 3D phone. The advanced version would be slimmer, faster and more capable with 16 GB memory, 1 GB RAM and 1.2 Ghz processing power. Other outstanding feature of the phone includes 3D video editing. The phone would have a better 2D capture too. Optimus 3D Max would help you enjoy 3D to the fullest.
