Everything was fine but all of the sudden ITunes windows 7 stopped working. My ITunes and QuickTime player are no longer opening. Every time I try to open them I get the two following messages seen below

I have even tried uninstalling and then re installing them but that seem to not be working. So I really need some help, hope someone will help me out to fix it as soon as possible?
