Somehow my phones speaker stops working and it is in warranty and only 1 month old. I have requested them to replace my phone. Now I have heard that incred 2 is coming out in few days. So instead if replacing incred can I get incred 2? is there any procedure to get the latest Verizon of phone instead of the old one?
