Call it the popularity of Android or the Touch Smartphone, but whatever has propelled the sales of the HTC Magic Android based smartphones, the numbers are heartwarming. As per a recent detail HTC has managed to sell 1 million Magic Handsets since its late April introduction into the market, as per CEO Peter Chou. He also mentioned that HTC expects 50 to 60 percent of its sales coming from mid-range handsets in the second half of 2009. HTC will focus on developing smartphones priced up to $300 before they are supplied to a carrier. Now this is what you call-understanding the market conditions.
