Looks like HTC has done it again and following in the footsteps of the Touch Diamond comes the DDG S740 ready to work its magic in the smartphone markets. Petite and incredibly chic, the smartphone comes with a goodly sliding QWERTY keyboard as well as standard 12-key phone design that totally compliment the 2.4-inch QVGA display and the matt black facetted back. Laced with Windows 6.1 OS, the smartphone also offers support for POP3, IMAP and Exchange push email and instant messaging as well as maximum download speed of up to 7.2Mbps, a 3.2-megapixel camera, GPS, AGPS, Wi-Fi and Bluetooth connectivity, an integrated RSS reader and a microSD card slot. No word on pricing just yet though we’re certain that the HTC S740 will be available across Europe starting this September.
