HTC Census gets FCC approval for the second time

You can clearly read HARRIS on the front of the Census phone from HTC which got approved yet again by the Federal Communications Commission. By the look of it, it’s pretty evident that it is not a phone that would hit the stores across USA for retail sale. Instead, Census as the name suggests, it could be for some govt. officials otherwise a fingerprint sensor would have never been evident here. It was initially to be completed by 2010 but a plethora of technical problems has seemingly resulted in the termination of this project as of now, despite getting approved.
