Don’t you know which handset you are using? I cannot believe my ears. But it is quite true. According to survey carried out for LogicaCMG by Ipsos MORI reveals that 58% of the British cell phone users don’t even know which brand they are using.
It seems that the customers there just want to have a phone talk regardless what model they are using. Mobile operators must be facing a good problem to sell out their high quality handsets. Whatever the issue might be but it is really fun to listen to this.
