My Sprint Samsung Instinct phone all of a sudden stopped receiving emails from my Google apps email account. Once Sprint reset the phone, it doesn’t show any emails or update this account anymore. I have tried to download the account several different ways and nothing works. Even got a new Samsung Instinct but still having the same problem. Sprint is no help and I have been through 10 different people there. Does anyone know how to help with this and can tell me the proper way to download the email or if I need to reset something on my Google account so this will work again? How can I get my Google apps email on my Samsung Instinct phone? Please help. Thanks.
