Basically my Blu-ray player, the Toshiba BDX2000, keeps crashing every time I try to play Saw VI (don’t judge me). I have looked on various websites and apparently the problem could be firmware but I can’t find a region 2 firmware update download anywhere. Does anyone know how I could download the update or if I need to do something else to fix it? What can I do to fix my Toshiba BDX2000 which keeps crashing every time I try to play a movie?
