When I switch my Sony Ericsson K850i on the keypad lights up, but the phone does not carry on with the welcome screen, pin entry etc. If the phone cannot be fixed by me, is there any way I can retrieve the data on the phone memory not the removable memory card? I have tried disconnecting the battery, leaving it for several hours and retrying to boot up without any success. I would really appreciate your useful assistance regarding this. Thanks.
