I have to find owner of a cell phone number. I have been searching for the person who is continuously sending some blank messages every day. I have tried to contact the person, but there was no any answer from the other end. Guys, do you know any process of finding the person belonging to a particular cell phone number. I am in New Jersey and availing Verizon cell phone service with contract deals. It is sure that the person belongs to the same city where I reside.
