Apple has announced a new PowerBook series. I am thinking of buying a 15-inch PowerBook. If I buy it, it’s going to be my first ever Mac. I would opt for 15-inch SuperDrive model; get one 512MB chip, downgrade from 80 GB to 60GB HDD, and downgrade from DVD-R/CD-RW to DVD-ROM/CD-RW. This would lower the price just a bit I guess. What do you suggest? Is it a wise decision or not?
