I have bought Samsung solstice a887 phone. this is qwerty and touch phone. I have installed a free ringtone app from Samsung market and in this app you can download lots of ringtones for free. But whenever I try to download ringtone from this app, and play them in my phone. It shows me that the file is unsupported. Please help me.
